This is my version of the Scotch Egg...A hard-boiled egg wrapped in breakfast sausage. They are often coated in bread crumbs and deep fried, but I baked mine. They are also great when smoked. The sauce is one consisting of mayo, ketchup, worcestershire, cajun seasoning, and garlic powder.
