Making of 65 Pounds of Venison Bologna
Well, deer season has come to an end. Last day of the season, my good buddy and his family were able to get three does. He asked me over to assist him with making a load of deer bologna. Growing up in the NE, raised on bologna. Robbie has a great recipe and setup for making bologna. I have to say this is the best I have ever tasted. This is the second round this season. Thanks for showing me the way buddy. I can't post the recipe as it is an old family secret...Enjoy.
